What You'll Do

•          Develop relationship with professional investors and institutional investors (including fund houses, family offices and insurance companies)
•          Plan and organize roadshows, such as expert meeting, investment salon and other activities
•          Assist in dissemination of fund flyers and market intelligence to facilitate business development
•          Collaborate with asset management team for initiating marketing strategies
•          Corporate with the product department to assist fund sales and distribution
•          Take ownership of company’s social media accounts
•          Upload fund document and publication to Company website and Exchange website
•          Maintain circulation of product information and industry news, and the latest trends in the financial market
•          Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management

Who You Are

•          Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economic, Communication or related discipline
•          1-3 years fund (hedge fund / mutual fund / ETF) marketing experience in fund houses or financial institutions
•          Familiar with the SFC advertising guidelines to collective investment schemes
•          Know well of the suitability requirement applicable to the sale of investment products
•          Knowledge about blockchain industry / virtual asset class is advanced
•          Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•          Proficient in using MS Office, especially Powerpoint
•          Initiative, analytical and detail-minded, capable of meeting tight schedules are working under pressure
•          Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
