Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the merchant sales and acquiring strategy and its growth and development of meaningful and profitable merchant and acquirer relations.
• Develop and execute merchant acquisition, development and retention by creating focused efforts to build and communicate compelling offers to merchants
• Provide leadership, strategic direction to management to a team of skilled professionals, establish a customer focused, performance based culture.
• Development of and implement new initiatives/solutions targeting traditional and new merchant segments, both in physical world and virtual world
• Excellent understanding of Merchant Acquiring business including new age digital POS channels and KYC and AML guideline of the Bank and regulations.
• Effectively strategize and plan for expense and income budget and resource allocation, including budget development, budget forecasting, variance analysis and budget reporting.

• Bachelor degree or above or in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years in managing and developing merchant business in credit card or payment solutions
• Sound product knowledge in credit card or digital payment and good relationship building skill are essential
• Result oriented, project management skills and excellent presentation skill.
  Proven track record of leading and driving teams to achieve and exceed established goals and objectives
• Demonstrable ability to be a strategic, business-oriented, critical thinker who can effectively develop and implement a variety of operational and business strategies
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with end to end mindset for problem solving and creative thinking abilities
• Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
