Job Description
What You Will Own
Engaging with process owners across the organization and other functional colleagues (e.g. IT, Finance and Legal) to:
- Map and assess current business processes and ways of working
- Identify process improvements and redesign processes / ways of working using lean principles
- Recognize interdependencies between teams to ensure ‘end to end’ functionality
- Work with leads to ensure ownership and accountability of processes (e.g. Implement, monitor and report on improvements)
- Develop process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for redesigned processes
- Collaborate with IT and data specialists to align system set-up with optimized business processes and ensure both business and technical suitability
- Supporting the development of training materials and the implementation of changes
- Develop and implement process controls, data collection, reporting and optimization and supporting adoption of these by process owners
- Establish methodology tools to enable continuous improvement
- Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders across the organization to build trust and maintain buy-in
Who Will Thrive
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail / bank industry with process improvement/ business transformation experience
- Qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma is ideal
- Ability to critically evaluate and synthesize information
- Results-driven, analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
