Job Description

The successful candidate will be providing customer service, managing client workflows, troubleshooting hardware, and software issues, and providing support to multi-level subscribers on the company's platform and the products they offer.

Description

  • Maintain high-quality customer service through phone calls
  • Provide effective and punctual management of diverse client workflows and hardware/software issues
  • Responsibility for the installation, connection, hardware management, and workflow support of terminal clients over the phone and Instant Messaging app
  • Assist clients operating across Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Financial Services
  • Provide support to multi-level clients to help set up, train, and connect their own clients to the company's platform and the products that they subscribe to
  • Guarantee the security of clients' accounts and data
  • Handle general inquiries and complaints from clients

Profile

  • Less than 3 years of working experience is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree required, courses in Computer Science, Finance, and Accounting are preferred
  • Fluent/Native in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • A demonstrated interest in Technology and/or Finance
  • Desire toward client servicing role in fast-past FinTech environment
  • Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
