 Job responsibilities:  

• Lead the IT Risk team to ensure the external vendors meet regulatory requirements and cyber security standards;
• Conduct technology risk management assessment and provide advice to products and projects;
• Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report technology risk and issue;
• Develop and maintain technology risk management policy, standard and guidelines;
• Support all round Tech Risk activities such as planning the fieldwork and reporting in accordance with professional standards;
• Proactively engaged with stakeholders during the end-to-end cycle;
• Perform follow up, tracking, validation and reporting of audit issues in accordance to certified regulations

 Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years banking experience with good knowledge of Finance regulatory policy
• Good understanding in HKMA regulatory such as C-RAF
• Experience in planning and executing auditing practices in align with professional standards, and with minimal supervision
• Able to work hands-on with the team with leadership capability
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related discipline
