Description

• Involved in APAC-wide business related strategic programmes/projects, providing the appropriate Programme, Change and Project Management
• Understand business needs to effectively lead, coordinate, and deliver change initiatives for regional stakeholders
• Accountable for managing the project lifecycle and budget in line with the Project Management Methodology, consistently demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with the firm's objectives and commensurate with our business profile.
• Recognize and rapidly adapt to ongoing change during the project.
• Support senior management on planning, coordination, and reporting of change initiatives

Profile

• At least 4 years experience in strategic project management or change management in consulting firms or financial services firms
• Prior experience of successfully delivering complex multi-dimensional business and regulatory change projects within financial services sector.
• Strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy in offering challenge
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
