Middle Office, MIS (Markets, Investments & Structuring)   – Private Banking Foreign Bank 

Outline of the role:

•  Support the day-to-day operations of Markets, Investments & Structuring (MIS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide middle office support to the MIS by performing trade fixing/exercise/settlement/
• Liaise with counterparties on trade reconciliations and follow up on any settlement problems
• Responsible for trade data recording & storage for MIS purpose.
• Assist in producing product termsheets and any other MO functions.
• Assist in producing advisory and marketing documents under the supervision of senior MIS advisors
• Responsible for handling admin/secretarial issues for the desk and other admin duties including P/L & volume reporting, MIS information updates, management of documents and other adhoc admin

Key Requirements:

• University graduate
• HKMA Type 1 license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, prefer with Middle Office experience in Private Banking / Investment banking 
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and international Compliance requirements
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence
