Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide and collect customer account information and documentation for account investigation;
- Prepare different types of correspondence in compliance with relevant ordinances / regulations and the Bank’s policies;
- Handle inward cheque verification;
- Maintain customer account status in Customer Information System;
- Compile management reports and support customer data protection issues; and
- Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- DSE/ HKCEE or above;
- 2 years’ banking experience;
- Knowledge in branch operation or customer account opening process; exposure in cheque verification is preferred;
- Self-motivated and attentive to details and good communication skill;
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
