Responsibilities:

• Plan & organize overseas conventions and events to oversee proposals, program design, destination study and suggestion, budget control and all logistics involved;
• Keep review the existing workflow of events organization and to make recommendation to improve its effectiveness;
• Review and propose for the rules mechanism of sales incentives or campaigns to align with Company business direction and to boost production targets;
• Monitor the production trends of sales incentives in order to push and motivate consultants to achieve the production targets;
• Participate in other workforce projects as assigned by supervisor;
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in Event Management, sales and Marketing;
• Strong language ability in English and Chinese;
• Good communication, organization and presentation skills;
• Proficient knowledge in conventions or events organization and marketing;
• Knowledge of MS Office & Database;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
