Our client is a globally renowned private bank with excellent reputation. They are now looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of client onboarding experiences to join them.

Our client is a globally renowned private bank with excellent reputation. They have established for more than 160 years. With over 16000 employees around the world, they provide a wide range of financial services covering corporate & institutional banking, wealth management, asset management etc.

They are now looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of client onboarding experiences to join them. Candidate would be expected to perform KYC/CDD/sanction screening to determine the risk levels of private banking clients.

Description

  • Work closely with Front Office to facilitate the collection of KYC and other relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account opening procedures and local regulations.
  • Ensure evidence of each customer's identity and other relevant documents are received in order before account opening.
  • Review and approve KYC for new client on-boarding for standard sensitive accounts (i.e. non high risk clients).
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative check on New Account Documentation for all clients
  • Conduct KYC/CDD review on existing clients through periodic review.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3 years of experiences of KYC/CDD, preferably from private banking
  • Good command in both English and Chinese
  • Good report writing skills and detailed oriented
  • Team player, independent, hardworking, eager to learn and attention to details
  • Strong understanding of account documentation, due diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements
