JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the management for managing overall operational and commercial issues
• Assist in investigating and reviewing contract documents
• Conduct business performance and financial analysis of the building projects
• Leverage data in project budgeting and forecasting
• Identify the solution to different issues (e.g. tendering, project payment and cost control)
• Develop SOPs to ensure consistency and quality of project execution and reporting
• Research and compile data on various topics
• Prepare reports and executive summary for the management
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, Construction, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Good financial and contractual knowledge
• Knowledge of various analytical models
• Experience in planning and strategic management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
