We are adding a new headcount to our growing IPO team where you can carve out a career with Computershare! It is an Analyst, IPO Operations position which sits under our Issuer Services division within Computershare, responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders.
A role you will love
You can expect to join and work with a market leading team in the HK IPO market that sits under the deal team. You will gain exposure in participating on execution of IPO projects. You will work closely and will provide assistance to the Managing Director, IPO Management in relation to IPO related documentations and logistics.
In addition, you will be assisting the Managing Director, IPO Management in liaising with investment bank and legal advisors of IPO projects.
What will you bring to the role?
You will have at least 1 year of experience working in a financial institution and advantageous if you bring prior knowledge and/or interest in IPO. You will gain valuable experiences in this role and hence your thirst for knowledge and eagerness to success and work hard under pressure will be essential. You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with internal and external parties. You will bring a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Holder of a business-related degree
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
