Cornerstone Global Partners is working with a multinational financial services institution in Hong Kong in the search for a Senior Manager, Payment and Transaction. This role would be responsible for customer acquisition and retention for payment services.

Role Overview

• Initiate digital strategies to grow the portfolio of payment services
• Liaise with related parties to optimize customer journey on digital payment
• Monitor the market trend to maintain product competitiveness
• Ensure all materials are in compliance with internal and external regulations

• Over 6 years of related experience in retail banking, online payment, digital journey 
• Degree holder with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Fluent in Chinese & English
