Job Description
Operations- Customer Service Officer – General Banking Services
Responsibilities:
- Handle VIP customer's enquires via phone calls and emails including E-banking problems, and follow up the transaction status;
- Confirm receipt of application forms submitted by customers via mail / fax / email and pass same to relevant departments;
- Follow up VIP clients’ transaction requests until transaction completed;
- Coordinate with other teams in Operations (i.e. bills, loans and cash teams) to streamline the procedures to provide better services to clients;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or bachelor degree is preferred;
- At least 2 years solid work experience in banking industry related to customer services, loan or trade services;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Senior Officer - Remittance
Responsibilities:
- Prepare inward / outward remittance data
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal departments
- Conduct compliance reviews of payment operations and detect suspicious money laundering transaction
- Handle matters related to account posting, bank charges, FX deals, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- 1-2yrs' remittance experience in banking industry
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Microsoft Office
- Secondary school graduate / Diploma holder
Senior Officer - Import / Exports Bills
Responsibilities:
- Handling the transactions in relation to export and import bills collection and negotiation,customer inquiry and case follow up;
- Documentation checking, payment, acceptance, unpaid issues, letters of credit advising and transfer
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate / Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of bills experience in banking industry;
- Detail-minded and good communications skills;
- Familiar with PC operations;
- Good knowledge of Uniform Customs and Practice (UCP) is preferred;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Senior Officer – Credit Admin
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing, managing and safe-keeping credit loan documentation, controlling credit limit and credit collateral and providing credit statistical data for credit assessment.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- At least 3 years solid experience in credit administration;
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Senior Associate - Teller
You will be responsible for handling counter services in relation to retail banking transactions including cash withdrawal and deposit, account opening, time deposit application and cheque clearing etc.
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate / diploma holder
- At least 3 years' banking experience in retail banking transactions, especially in account opening;
- Familiar with PC operations;
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
