Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate new ideas in Retail banking products and services, in view of customers’ needs and market potential
- Develop new deposit campaigns to grow business in the light of the latest market analysis
- Monitor business performance and recommend strategies to drive business growth through enhancing our digital product & services.
- Initiate and implement acquisition programs to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the assigned products.
- Manage and drive new Retail product development from system and workflow design to implementation
- Participate in user acceptance test for system development and enhancement
- As the internal product knowledge repository ensuring documents and processes are kept up to date
- Ensure tasks are executed and controlled within the appropriate risk level and latest regulatory requirements and industry practices
- Collaborate with internal parties to execute various initiatives to achieve business KPI
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in banking/financial products sector
- Knowledge in corporate loan business is an advantage
- A good team player
- Resilient, able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, able to work independently and handle multitasks
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
