Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner by adhering to the Customer Complaint Handling Procedures and regulatory requirements, and meeting departmental SLA targets
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Maintain accurate records and document all activities and discussion relating to complaints handling
• Partnering with the manager and assist in reviewing and administering the Service Quality Assurance Program
• Assist in preparing of regular statistical reports for the Senior Manager’s analytical review
• Monitor the complaint logging system, report and liaise with external vendor; support UAT for system enhancements
• Handle ad hoc tasks and support projects which are relevant to customer complaints

Requirements:

• Degree holder (or equivalent qualifications) with minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Services or Complaint Handling gained in insurance / banking industry
• Strong analytical, logical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive and customer oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
