A challenging opportunity has risen in our Issuer Services business – Communication Services Team!

Working in Issuer Services could mean anything from assisting shareholders with their portfolios, managing company meetings, enabling access to global markets, or supporting the highest standards of regulatory compliance across the world.

A role you will love

The Senior Officer opportunity is a part of our Global Core Operations. This role will assist the team for daily operations of Communication Services, assist the Team Leader to support IPO; handle daily dispatch and support broadcasting and Corporate Action jobs.

What will you bring to the role?

The Senior Officer requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in artwork and design will be an advantage for this role.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • University degree holder or relevant experiences
  • At least 5 years of working experience in operations, financial printing or design
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Design software applications
