Principal responsibilities:

• To identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
• Source individual prospects to achieve new business and customer acquisition goals
• Ensure sales activities are carried out in compliance with rules and regulations and company policies
• Maintain good relationships with the customers.
• Retail Banking / Private Banking

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
• Passes in the IIQE & HKSI licensing examinations
• Minimum 1 years’ banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products
• Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
• Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
• Strong desire of self-improvement and learn from experiences
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
