The Role

VP, Quality Assurance (Risk Control), Brokerage

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement general risk control and management policies for sales office;
• Perform risk assessments and identify potential risk areas for sales office;
• Provide risk control recommendations, action plans, and risk-mitigating measures to sales office ;
• Provide guidance and support to QA staff to conduct the risk control jobs; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in business, accounting, law or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in risk management and/or compliance field of financial industry
• Possesses risk management, internal control and/or compliance professional qualification
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Good team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
