Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked transactions, including, among others, IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, secondary placement
• Ensure the completion of necessary due diligence and execution of relevant transactions in accordance with company policies and all relevant rules and regulations
• Review and refine marketing and execution documentation to ensure maximum client impact and compliance of company policies
• Supervise research report distribution, international road shows, book building, allocation and all matters relating to ECM transactions
• Maintain and develop relationship with issuers and investors for primary and secondary markets

Requirements:

• A university degree
• At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within ECM with a well-regarded investment banking platform
• A strong network of client relationships with corporates and financial institutions
• Proven exposure to equity and equity-linked transactions
• Bilingual communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin a must
