Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Trade Finance Department supervising both trade operations and product sales teams.
- Manage trade operations and ensure high quality services are delivered to clients, and all operations and controls are adhered to compliance, internal and regulatory requirements;
- Lead the team of trade product sales in developing new business for achieving business goals, and participate in new product development
- Explore new trade and factoring business from existing and prospective clients to achieve sales target
- Support in setting up new Trade Finance System and other system enhancements projects.
- University degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business or related discipline;
- 20 years’ experience in trade product sales and/or trade service operations in which at least 10 years’ in managerial level;
- Professional qualification in Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) and Certification of Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Associate AML Professional (AAMLP) is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge on International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules;
- Good people management and coaching skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
