Graduate Talent Program 2023

We are currently looking for fresh graduates to join our Graduate Talent Program 2023. As you embark on your career journey, we believe an all-rounded design of graduate program is imperative to ignite your initial career growth.  

You will join a 12-month integrated development program.  During this integrated program, we will facilitate your establishment with core foundation classroom training, experiential & action-oriented learning programs, on-the-job experience, professional development sponsorship, accelerator programs and career support.

We have 2 streams of program to accommodate the needs of different graduates:-

1. Management Trainee Program;

2. Graduate Analyst Program

Management Trainee Program (Hong Kong)

The Management Trainee Program is open to final year university students from any field of study who would like to develop their career in investment banking industry.  You will join a 12-month development program with job rotation opportunities to understand the real life work environment in different departments.  By the end of the program, you will be equipped with foundational knowledge, skills and hands-on experiences to become one of our future leaders.

During the on-the-job rotation, you will have opportunity to work in 2 Frontline investment banking business and 1 Support Unit.  After the 12-month program, your final placement will be decided according to your interest and our business needs.

Graduate Analyst Program (Hong Kong)

The Graduate Analyst Program is open to final year universities students from any field of study.  Upon commencement, you will be assigned to work in a designated frontline investment banking business which matches with your academic background and interest.  Through the on the job training, you will develop professional knowledge, product-specific skills and soft skills, this will ensure that you are in the best position to perform well within your role.  You will be working with internal and external clients together with the experts in our company.  In addition, you will be given opportunity to gain hands-on experience as well as participate in practical and meaningful projects.  After accumulated relevant experience, having strong potential and met the management benchmarks, you will become our key members in the designated frontline business.

Who are we looking for:

• Final year fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in any field of study attained at top-tier university
• STEM major is an advantage.
• Good academic results with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/ Second Class Honors Upper Division or equivalent.
• No full-time working experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest and ambition to develop a long-term career in investment banking businesses
• Opportunities to overseas business explosure
