• Perform daily returned mail handling including but not limited to register the new cases in system, handle customer’s enquires, reconcile the number of returned mail to be destroyed, etc.
• Perform outbound call to customer in order to update the returned mail status, e.g. suggest customer to update the correspondence address if it had been changed
• Ensure all cases are completed within a designated time frame
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

• Secondary education or above
• At least 1 year experience in banking industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound PC knowledge
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Officer , Customer Information Maintenance
