Job Description
You will be responsible to handle returned mail and customer & account information maintenance
Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily returned mail handling including but not limited to register the new cases in system, handle customer’s enquires, reconcile the number of returned mail to be destroyed, etc.
- Perform outbound call to customer in order to update the returned mail status, e.g. suggest customer to update the correspondence address if it had been changed
- Ensure all cases are completed within a designated time frame
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- At least 1 year experience in banking industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound PC knowledge
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Officer , Customer Information Maintenance
