Job Description
Responsibilities:
Check FXMM, Fixed Income and Derivatives transactions and handle all related documents;
- Assist to prepare fund transfer payment instruction via K+TP or Swift Alliance system;
- Handle the settlement of CD issuance, bonds, derivatives settlement;
- Proceed ledger input through Bills system and prepare vouchers for adjustment / closing entries;
Process CCP settlement, and HKTR reporting operation;
- Perform daily workflow of margin collateral; and proceed AML checking via SAS
- Assist on day-end payment reconciliation; and
- Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business, DSE or HKCEE;
- At least 1 year experience in banks;
- Experience on CMU, RTGS and SWIFT system processing;
- Product knowledge of fixed income and derivatives products;
- Team player and detail-minded;
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
