Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer service team in handling customer enquiries
- Develop the effective customer service strategy and lead the implementation of the customer services channels
- Monitor the team performance in achieving the KPIs
- Manage the customer complaints and propose initiatives for continuous improvement
- Support the launch of new products and services with the development of the concerned processes and materials
Job Requirements
- University graduate, preferably with major in business or finance
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in contact centre, preferably with leading roles in banking
- Strategic thinking, innovative, professional project management skills
- Excellence in communication, negotiation, leadership and decision making
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
