Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a DGM to join their Operation team to cope with the  Personal Banking business expansion.

Job Description:

• Direct and control the overall Retail Business operations, including branch operations, customer experience, card operations and project management  of the bank for providing effective banking services to customers
• Formulate, review and implement various operations policies and processes in response to changes in law and regulations
• Review and develop new methods and procedures in order to achieve efficient and smooth operations
• Formulate and deliver strategies & annual business plan to support bank’s overall business goals and directions
• Maintain close coordination and cooperation with other departments for maintaining and enhancing operational matters
• Control annual budgets of various operational areas
• Develop and maintain partnership with different stakeholders to ensure achievement of KPIs and high standard of service level

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in banking or related disciplines, with professional qualification in banking is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking operations with exposure in various areas, especially for Branch Operations, IT, Treasury & Settlement, Remittance, Securities, Investment products, Private Banking
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4) is a must
• Good understanding of various banking products and services, and the respective operation processes
• Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with strong risk control sense, able to work independently
• Candidate with project management experience with good reporting and writing skills are preferred
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
