Responsibilities: 

• Prepare New Investment account opening
• Perform the daily settlement process of investment products such as Bonds and Funds. 
• Confirm the transactions with counterparty, and execute payment
• Reconcile daily transaction / settlement records
• Participate in new product or system upgrade projects, including assist in UAT as required
• Provide other administrative support for branches enquiries
• Handle interbank trade settlement of money market/fund transfer and bonds.

Requirements:

•  HKDSE or above with related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s experience in operation and Avalog system experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of HKSFC rules and regulations, holder of HKSFC Type 1 representative license is preferred
  
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Willing to work overtime
• Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, meticulous, customer-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
