Job Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Provide all-round administrative and secretarial support for Chairman

Ÿ   Arrange daily work schedules, organize physical/virtual meetings, and manage all travel itineraries and hotel reservations

Ÿ   Prepare meeting minutes, handle documents’ copy, scan, classify and archive

Ÿ   Determine the priority of business matters according to the work schedule, and communicate with the Chairman closely

Ÿ   Assist in the management of the company's clubhouse and coordinate the timetable and task arrangement of the back-office staff

Ÿ   Perform translation in English

Ÿ   Tasks temporarily assigned by Chairman

Qualifications:

Ÿ   At least 3 years’ experience of supporting top executives on personal matters

Ÿ   Excellent in both written and oral English and Chinese, including spoken Mandarin

Ÿ   Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, able to work independently

Ÿ   Proficient in using computer office software, solution-oriented
