• Manage a team of telemarketers and to make sure their quality of calls are on par with high quality standard of service
• Develop various creative strategies to drive sales and manage insurance partnerships to achieve the best business goals
• Maintain good relationship with insurance partners in order to conduct promotional campaigns for insurance acquisition
• Review team performance to determine the training objective and direction for improvement
• Identify business opportunities and provide solid marketing suggestions with internal stakeholders

Profile

• Extensive experience within insurance industry with telemarketing experience
• Good to have exposure to insurance partnership development and product marketing
• Strong leadership skills and can provide innovative strategies to drive sales
• Passed IIQE Paper 1,2 & 3
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
