Our client, a well-known investment bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities:

• Have over 6 years’ experience in providing compliance & regulatory advices to corporate finance businesses, covering IPO, ECM, DCM, M&A, Compliance Advisor and other Listing Rules/Takeover Code related transactions & capital raising activities.
• To provide compliance advice to different corporate finance business unites and assist the compliance team to implement policies and procedures to ensure business activities comply with the rules and regulations. Can work independently.
• Provide Compliance Advisor function and support control room, including supervise clearance for research reports, marketing and roadshow materials and other research products etc.
• Have experience handling regulators inspection and enquiries will be preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Postgraduate degree in business related discipline;
• Over 6 years relevant experience in investment banks / financial institutions;
• Familiar with investment banking operations with relevant experience in project management and possess sound analytical skills;
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential;
