Description

• assist in managing all country related matters across all businesses and infrastructure functions throughout Hong Kong
• assist on business KPI setting and scorecard
• help ensure all regulatory requirements in the location are met,
• support the Country Management on matters relating to people, control, and culture.
• Partnering with the front office businesses and control functions to develop a comprehensive knowledge of regulated activities around the country, regardless of the Business Unit
• Assisting in the implementation and operation of an effective risk and control governance framework which meets local regulatory requirements
• Promote and lead a positive risk conduct and risk awareness environment which reflects our purpose, values and mindset and embedding this foundation within the jurisdiction
• Provide support to projects and initiatives, including business, regulatory and industry matters and organise colleague engagement events

Profile

* Experience in projects, familiarity with local regulatory requirements Management Framework, Policies and Standards
* Highly organised, a strong sense of loyalty and discretion, and a pragmatic, but flexible approach to work responsibilities
* Stakeholder management: ability to navigate the organisation and confidently interact with a diverse spectrum of people in a wide variety of situations
* Excellent time management skills able to prioritise workloads
* Self-confident to interact with all levels of management within HK and the region with a high level of EQ to be able to bring multiple parties and multiple views to a supported outcome
