Responsibilities:

•        Support PWM relationship managers in executing and documenting transactions;
•        Partner PWM relationship managers, Operations and key stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements;
•        Assist to open client accounts, prepare documentation and general instructions;
•        Process deposit transactions, credit approvals, and investment and insurance transactions;
•        Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships;
•        Effect transactions on behalf of clients and informs relationship managers and clients of any irregularities according to account documentation or general instructions;
•        Ensure that private wealth banking transactions comply with Bank policies and legal requirements;
•        As a key contact person for PWM clients service enquiries on a daily basis. (client service enquiries will include regulated activities such as investment and insurance related transaction queries)

Qualifications / Requirements​:

•        University degree with minimum 3 to 8 years private wealth management &/or private banking experience;
•        Possess knowledge of private wealth banking products and services such as account opening, deposits, foreign exchange, funds transfers, investment and insurance products; (knowledge of customer due diligence is preferred)
•        Prior experience in customer service and frontline preferred
•        Preferred to be current (or past) Registered Individual for SFC Type 1 and 4  licenses
•        Possess knowledge of bank and regulatory requirements;
•        Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
•        Self-motivated, initiative, and good team-player;
•        Able to work under pressure;
•        Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
