Our client is one of the largest regional banks. This renowned bank provides professional financial management services to retail cand corporate banking customers in Hong Kong and China. Due to the substantial demand on its business, the bank is looking for a General Manager to manage the Customer Contact and Data Processing Centre in Guang Zhou.

about the team.

You will also be supported by the middle and back office on sales activities to make it easier to drive revenues. You will join a result-oriented team with strong management support from the top leadership.

about the job.

-You will formulate and direct the overall business strategies on the Guangzhou business centre, to support the Bank Group business in both Hong Kong and Mainland China in order to achieve business targets.

-You will support bank operation functions, including data processing, compliance, payment, telemarketing, etc

-You will manage the call center operations while minimizing the operation costs by streamlining operation flows and increasing productivity.

-You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet the regulatory requirements of the bank group.

-You will work closely with other departments to streamline and tranform operation processes to enhance overall business efficiency.

skills & experiences required.

You will have solid knowledge of banking products and operations in both Hong Kong and China banking sectors .

You will have 15+ years experience in operation banking in retail banking and corporate banking, expereince in customer contact centre operation would be an advantage.

You will have 8+ years of managerial experience in the relevant sector.
