Our client is a top tier bank (based in Singapore). They are seeking for a candidate who have experienced from bank and finance industry focus on customer satisfaction analysis to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in new and emerging customer insight programs that provide the bank with actionable customer experience insights, including but not limited to design, operations, reporting, analysis, closed loop process, fulfillment
• Perform customer insight data analysis to identify key opportunities for improvement in customer journeys
• Provide support in in-house online research capability and online dashboard
• Perform UAT and checking for new or changes in customer insight data, processes, and reporting
• Support cross-functional insight reviews and action-planning meetings with senior management and internal stakeholders such as monthly customer experience (CE) forum, Quarterly Regional CE update
• Support the Compliance / admin coordination, and key stakeholders in evaluating data to drive continuous enhancements in the Customer Journeys

Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, or Market Research in financial institutions, consumer research agencies
• Capable of analyzing and interpreting a mix of qualitative and quantitative data
• Good presentation, verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Active team player with strong critical thinking, influencing, and interpersonal skills, and motivated to work in an ever-changing environment
• Attention to details, willing to learn
