Job Description
- Maintain and update the data for daily progress reports to team head
- Responsible for data entry and verification
- Make telephone calls, issue demand notice for delinquent accounts
- Assist team head on data analysis for delinquent accounts
- Liaise with outside debt collection agency (e.g. account assignment / prepare payment file )
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with fraud risk control is preferred
- Self-motivating and can work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
