• Ensure smooth processing of all clearing instructions including paper cheque and autopay
• Identifying and marking of return eligible cheques and autopay to presenting bank
• Raise referrals for cheques/ autopay transactions and follow up with frontline units
• Perform signature and technical verification of cheques
• Conduct checking on inward clearing critical reports
• Perform callback of cheques to customers
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports

Requirements

• Secondary education or above / degree holder
• Preferably with working experience in bank / branch operations
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prudent and attentive to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working hours: 7am to 4pm, 5-day work per week
