Job Description
- Assist in the origination and execution of structured finance transactions in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region;
- Assist in the origination of green/ESG and sustainable finance transactions;
- Prepare pitching materials, financing or advisory proposals;
- Assist in the due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndication of structured finance, green/ESG finance, project finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, aircraft and vessel finance, etc; and
- Liaise with customers, lawyers, banks and other professional advisors and attend to documentation.
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting/Banking/Business/Finance/Law or related disciplines;
- Holder of professional qualifications in accounting, alternative investment, banking, CFA, law, etc preferred;
- Not less than 3 years’ relevant working experience;
- Ability to handle complicated transactions with minimum supervision;
- Good financial modeling skills;
- Sound knowledge of equity capital markets in Hong Kong and in China;
- Confident to work with counterparts at all levels; and
- Occasional business travels required
