Responsibilities:

• Assist in security price, FX uploading and corporate action update process and check for any variances
• Maintain proper filing of all instructions, bank/brokers' confirmations and client correspondences
• Reviewing fund capital activity to ensure it is properly processed
• Assist in review of fund documents, operating memorandum and pricing policy
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Well organized, independent and self-motivated
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply 
• Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Senior Associate, Fund Administration
