Responsibilities:

• Enhance digital customer journey by innovative strategic planning and research
• Provide insight and projection on current fintech development, market trends and innovative products; explore new digital solutions
• Identify business opportunities by monitoring digital platform pipeline, platform usage and footprints
• Present customer insights and suggestions to senior management
• Create and develop digital products with product owner; handle customer journey, UIUX and customer experience related projects  

Requirements:

• 3 years in FI/ banking / digital / consultancy / fintech experience
• Experience in handling customer experience related projects / digital transformation/ customer-centric research
• Knowledge in trading/ stocks and investment are expected
• Experience of using web analytic tools such as AA, GA, Webtrends or similar disciplines
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
