The Role

負責業務推廣活動，活動形式包括但不限於市場類活動和商務類活動的策劃和運營，包括但不限於拉新，促活，留存，品牌推廣等目的

Key Accountabilities

• 統籌整個推廣項目策略的規劃與實施，並通過平台數據及客戶行為不斷修正優化；
• 優化運營平台，包括基礎運營、用戶運營、活動運營、社區運營，提升運營效率，對各類運營資料負責；
• 制定相應運營目標和業務計畫，並通過實現路徑的規劃和分解，帶領團隊實現制定的績效目標；
• 分析運營資料，深刻理解使用者需求，從資料及使用者角度推動產品優化；
• 研究市場競爭對手的產品，進行分析對比，提供產品策略和運營建議；
• 結合大眾業務特性和客戶畫像，進行客戶全生命週期精細化運營，推進站內外推廣事宜的有效實施，達成營收目標
• 對內構建用戶分層、成長體系、會員體系等，制定相應的精細化運營策略

Skills & Experience

• 3年以上互聯網運營或金融數位化轉型經驗，熟悉互聯網的產品運營方法, 金融行業經驗者優先；
• 具有較強的專案管理能力，通過制定工作計畫、有效把控工作節奏，推動專案目標實現，帶團隊經驗者優先；
• 熟悉股票基金等投資品類的運作情況，有交易經驗者優先；
• 優秀的分析及解決問題能力，能根據運營資料情況，調整運營策略，達成運營目標；
• 有較強目標導向，能以終為始設計行銷活動和工具，較好的用戶洞察能力，善於整合內外部資源
