Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor daily settlement functions of Hong Kong and overseas securities markets, Hong Kong and overseas futures markets, stock options and OTC markets
• Perform and monitor/review various settlement functions including corporate action activities, SI transfer and IPO processing of Hong Kong securities markets
• Handle and review clients’ fund deposit/withdrawal and foreign exchange instruction
• Liaise with brokers and counterparties for settlement issues
• Participate in ad-hoc projects including UAT and system development when needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or other related disciplines
• 2-5 years relevant experience of settlement in securities firms
• Familiar with operation CCASS ,DCASS and Euroclear/Clearstream
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferable fluency in Putonghua
• Independent, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered to be Senior Settlement Officer
