Core Responsibility

• Liaise and deal with the regulators to handle the general enquiries, onsite inspections, review and investigations
• Regulatory reporting - including NFA, SEC, SFC related filings
• Assist in account opening, other operational tasks mightbe required
• Regularly update and maintain compliance manuals, review the compliance framework
• Understand the firms' business, identify gaps and improvements in order to create enterprise value
• Day-to-day Compliance Advisory Support - trade error and trade incident investigation and write-up
• Keep abreast of the latest legal and regulatory requirements that apply to hedge fund business and implement such regulations
• Promote Infini's compliance awareness and compliance culture including provide compliance training
• Manage PA dealings, conflict of interests within the firm
• Vendor Management
• Review basics agreements
• Handle Ad hoc compliance projects

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of hedge fund compliance (other buy-side or sell-side will also be considered)
• University degree in relevant field Law related background will be an advantage
• Be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Sound working knowledge of (i) the SFO and subsidiary regulations; and (ii) other regulations such as MAS, SEC
• Good leadership, communications and interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantoneseand Mandarin
