Responsibilities:

• Oversees and develops strategies for cash, working capital investments, and liquidity
• Maintains and develops tools and models for cash and liquidity forecasts and reports
• Oversees policies and procedures related to money transfers by cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, and merchant activity
• Manage corporate cashflow, financing position and portfolio risks with the aim of avoiding over-concentration and minimize financing cost
• Ensure fund availability for business development needs
• Update regularly treasury report to facilitate management’s discussion and decision making
• Oversee corporate treasury function to ensure error-free operation
• Publish peer analysis, marketing tracking dashboard and market intelligence to keep management updated on market activities and trend

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder in accounting, business, finance or legal discipline
• Minimum 12 years solid experience on corporate financing and securities analysis
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CFA is preferred
• Good knowledge in listing rules, company law and other relevant rules and  regulations
• Outgoing, dynamic, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill with good numeric and business sense
• Advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for financial analysis
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
