Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out customer transactions related activities including answer customer enquiries, liaise with all relevant departments to process transactions in a timely manner, manage loan, deposit, FX, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc.
- Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities
- Cross sell the Bank’s products & services e.g. expanding deal amount and spread of deposit, loan & FX
- Train & guide new joiners for smooth integration at work
- To coach, lead and monitor other RM Assistants’ performance as a senior associate
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University Degree or Diploma Holder with around 4-6 years’ relevant experience preferably in corporate banking sector
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations is a plus
- Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs
- A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
- Proficient in PC and MS Office
- Less experienced candidate will be considered as Associate
