職責:

要求:

• 香港中學會考(HKCEE) 五科合格，包括數學、中文或英文; 或持有香港中學文憑證書(HKDSE)或以上學歷 
• 能操流利的粵語、英語及普通話;
• 良好溝通能力，精通電腦及繁體中文輸入速度不少於每分鐘 30 字
• 每週工作5天，能適應彈性輪班工作 (包括日、夜、週末及公眾假期)
• 具有CS客戶服務經驗並持有投資 (HKSI 1,7,8) 或保險牌照 (IIQE 1, 2, 3) 的申請人將被考慮擔任 Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive職位。

Job Duties: 

• Providing excellent customer service support to the customers
• Manage inbound call enquiries, or enquiries via digital channels and platforms
• Understand customer needs and help them with their queries on relevant banking products, services and solutions
• Comprehensive and Continuous Training will be provided for further development and professional licence exams

Requirement:

• A pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE including Maths, plus Chinese or English, or a holder of HKDSE or above.
• Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy with typing speeds of at least 30 words per minute in Traditional Chines
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week
• Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3) , will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role.
