Job Duties :

• Execute fixed-income securities orders in both primary market and secondary market;
• Manage daily trading to ensure timely execution of the orders and confirming that they are in compliance with regulatory policies;
• Perform market research, analyzes market conditions;
• Provide morning briefings and market color to sales team;
• Identify and leverage opportunities by developing innovative trading ideas and making entry into new markets;
• Maintain and update inventory records of fixed-income securities opportunities by developing innovative trading ideas and making entry into new markets;
• Handle client and sales enquiries;
• Assist dealing team in daily operation;
• Assist Product team in suitability assessment;
• Participate in the in-house trading system project;
• Handle trade processing including but not limited to confirming that the trades are performed accurately, and then submit them for final processing.

 Requirements :

• University degree in Finance or related subjects;
• Passed HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1,7,8;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in bond dealing, financial/credit analysis or asset management; (Candidate with less trading experience will be considered.);
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must;
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
