Responsibilities:

• Be business owner to define online or offline product marketing and customer marketing project scope, develop marketing activities case and rules, solicit management buy-in, propose marketing requirement, monitor project implementation and ensure seamless deployment to Private Wealth Management business process;
• Develop online or offline marketing strategies and plan; lead the team to implement marketing initiatives and activities to maximize account opening, interest income and fee income contribution.
• Develop innovative and effective usage stimulation programs e.g. products promotions, spending and stimulation campaigns etc
• Standardize and streamline online or offline marketing processes across various business scenario, formulate a marketing policy in order to improve customer satisfaction & business efficiency;
• Engage various stakeholders from sales, products, IT, operation, compliance etc and make business decision to resolve problems during marketing project implementation;
• Harmonize PA Bank internal resources to ensure quality online or offline marketing project deliverables to various stakeholders;
• Ensure the team is in compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines including but not limited to anti-money laundering and cross-border business.

Qualifications / Requirements​:

•        University degree with minimum 2 to 5 years private wealth management &/or online or offline banking marketing experience;
•        Possess knowledge of private wealth banking business such as account opening, deposits, foreign exchange, funds transfers, investment and insurance products;
•        Prior experience in marketing strategies and plan, knowledge of online marketing is preferred;
•        Prior experience in digitalized management information with the setup of marketing activities dashboards;
•        Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
•        Self-motivated, initiative, and good team-player;
•        Able to work under pressure;
•        Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
