Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process daily settlement funds for Card associations
- Verify financial transactions processed by team member
- Prepare the daily General Ledger and conduct reconciliation
- Collect relevant statistics for preparation of Credit Card Ledger
- Handle Chargeback cases documents and process Representment within deadlines
- Process JETCO SACC’s Customer Complaint Form, Compensation Voucher and Branches’s ATM
- Assemble and examine cardholder’s cheques and post relevant payment transactions onto credit card accounts via ASCCEND System
- Verify customer letters for credit card installment loan applications
- Compile the Credit Card Monthly Performance Report and other periodical credit card operations reports
- Monitor and report unusual credit card payment transaction for manager’s review
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s relevant AML policy guidelines and section’s relevant operations procedure manuals when handling card accounts
- Handle other clerical duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above or in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a credit card centre
- Strong analytical mind and sensitive in figures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good PC knowledge of MS Word and advance Excel skills
