Responsibility:

-            Provide support to the administration of MPF scheme to comply with regulatory and services requirements

-            Process requests from customers such as member enrolment, contribution handling, fund rebalancing, benefits payment, and asset transfer in/out.

-            Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner. 

-            Assist to prepare regulatory reports. 

-            Assist in projects whenever necessary. 

Requirement: 

-            Undergraduate student of majoring in any disciplines

-            At least 2 days per week available to work

-            Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
