Job Description
- To perform the daily processing including the deal booking control (acceptance and checking contents of deal tickets, creation and dispatch of deal confirmations, etc.), fund settlement, financial booking, and post-deal control (safekeeping of vouchers and other documentation, account booking & reconciliation, etc.);
- To follow instructions from managerial staff/Team Lead or above to cope with the activities originated from Global Markets Division for Asia, Marketing, Interbank counterparties, brokers in related to interbank and customers treasury market transactions;
- To follow Branch’s strategy and policy as set out in overseas units and relevant circulars, bank culture, values and initiatives including compliance to AML and all other regulatory requirements for handling all routine work and products offered in related to treasury market settlement operations;
- To follow proper procedures in compliance to local and other applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, ABC, DFA and HKMA-RMS, etc.); and
- To perform daily operation with caution in order to avoid financial loss due to settlement operational incident.
- Secondary education or above;
- At least 2 years of working experience in treasury bank office;
- Computer literacy with good excel skills; and
- Proficiency in English.
